CHAPTER I
§1 1.The club is known as: The Club of IV Category Cats Breeders and Fanciers , hereafter called BOSS (Bal Osh Sia Sys & Peb) Cat Club and is using the shortcut BOSS Cat Club.
2.BOSS Cat Club is a common association.
3. The association works on the basis of the Act of Associations (Dz. U.
1989 r. Nr 20 poz. 104) , the Fife regulations and the present statutes.
4. BOSS Cat Club is founded for the indefinite period of time.
5.Headquarters of BOSS Cat Club are placed at the DCC.
6.The name BOSS Cat Club is reserved only for the Club. Club’s name and trademark falls within legal security.
§2
BOSS Cat Club functions on the territory of Poland.
§3
BOSS Cat Club works under the auspices of DCC - Dream Cat’s Club.
§4 The Club is a hobby organization for Balinese, Oriental , Siamese and Seychellois cats breeders and fanciers. The BOSS Cat Club is a non-profit organization based on social and voluntary work of its members.
§5
The aim of BOSS Cat Club is the popularization of the IV category breeds, encouragement of easier contacts between the breeders and breeding cooperation, exchange of knowledge and experience, increasing the breeding quality of Polish catteries according to the highest world standards.
§6
BOSS Cat Club will cooperate with other Cat Clubs.
§7
BOSS Cat Club will organize independent and joint ventures propagating knowlegde about IV category breeds.
§8
All Fife and FPL regulations and decisions are binding for all BOSS Cat Club members.
CHAPTER II
§9
Every Balinese, Oriental, Saimese and Seychellois breeder or fancier registered in any FIFe club can apply for membership in BOSS Cat Club on condition that he/she accepts and obeys all Fife and Club regulations.
§10
The new members of BOSS Cat Club are accepted by the Club Boardon the basis of:
a ) sending BOSS Cat Club membership declaration,
b) written support of two members of BOSS Cat Club,
c) unanimous decision of the Club board: it’s possible to deny a membership without giving any reason to the applying member.
The members of BOSS Cat Club are divided into:
a ) founder-members, who create the first Club Board,
b ) common members - breeders affiliated in FIFe and possessing IV category cats,
c ) supporting members- FIFe members, who do not possess IV category cats, but are promoting these breeds and helping in the BOSS Cat Club activity.
d ) honorary members- members given this privilege by the Club Board-
- the honorary member is admitted on the basis of unanimous acceptance of appropriately justifiable proposition of Club members
The members have the right to use the BOSS Cat Club logo in order to advertize their catteries only with former acceptance of the Board.
§11
The members of BOSS Cat Club have the right to be informed about all the Club activity, and to propose any changes of Club regulations.
§12
The members of BOSS Cat Club have the right to submit proposals of changes in Club regulations to the Club Board.
§13
Membership breaks off by:
a) voluntary resignation of the member submitted to the Club Board,
b) any violation of the FiFe, FPL and BOSS Cat Club rules and regulations, without claim to restitution of achieved payments..
§13a
Membership is suspended by:
a) the fellowship court - untill the case is solved and decision of the court is made,
b) any violation of breeding regulations, without claim to restitution of achieved payments..
CHAPTER III
§14
BOSS Cat Club authorities are:
- General Assembly of Club Members,
- the Club Board.
The first Club Board consists of the three founder-members, who are: the president, the treasurer and the secretary; they establish the first membership fee and the annual fee. the founder-members are the lifelong honorary members of BOSS Cat Club.
The Club Board consists of minimum 3 persons.
All Board members have the right to vote.
The Club Board competences are:
- passing the resolutions about the Club activities and plans,
- preparing of Club regulations projects and other binding rules,
- calling up the neccessary Comissions on the General Assembly of the Delegates.
The General Assembly competences are:
- passing the Club regulation changes and other binding rules,
- passing the resolutions about the general Club activity and disbanding the Club.
- establishing the membership fees, the annual fees and other Club payments,
- the election of the Club Board,
-granting the annual absolutorium to the Club Board members.
§15
The term of BOSS Cat Club authorities lasts 4 years. A ballot will be held to elect the new Club authorities
§16
In case of resignation of the Club authorities member during the term, the rest of the Club Board has the right to call up two persons for the whole term.
§17
The resolutions of Club authorities are passed by the common majority of votes, with presence of at least a half of all members eligile to vote.
§18
The General Assembly of Club Members will be called at least once in three years or on Club Board proposal.
CHAPTER IV
§19
Passing tha cats with Fife pedigree to pet shops, via electronic auctions and any similar organizations or places is strictly prohibited.
